大约两个月前,我碰巧观看了萧宏慈老师的YouTube视频,演示通过拍打身体、打通筋络,获得健康的自愈法。萧老师的方式特别与真诚,深深打动了我,当天我就开始拍打了自己的双肘、双膝和双脚。对肘部一个点拍打,从开始的30下增加到240下。

My experince of trying Mr. Honchi Xiao method of self healing.
About two months ago I happened to watch Honchi Xiao's youtube about self healing by slapping on your body and clearing the meridians. There was something very special and sincere about Honchi's manner which impressed me deeply and I started slapping on my elbows knees and feet on the same day. I started with thirty slaps and increased it to 240 slaps on the elbow point.
Since then my cholestrol as well as blood pressure which was little high, now my cholestrol and blood pressure are both normal. I also had chronic pain in my ankles which is completely better but I carry on slapping as part of the daily exercise and feel really healthy. I would recommend this system to anyone who may be suffering and I am sure that it would help. You can use my letter for endorsement.
