马来西亚体验营让我身心共治(中英对照,附照片)

一年以前,蔡小姐邀请萧老师来到槟城做拍打拉筋自愈法演讲,我有幸参加了这次讲座。8个月后,我买了一台拉筋凳,开始做卧位拉筋(只用了这一种拉筋法)。

今年(2012年),一个半月以前,我开始干咳,呼吸困难。我与蔡小姐取得了联系,她给了我一本英文版的《拍打拉筋自愈法》。她帮我拍了左手肘内侧,出了黑红色的痧,表明我的肺经和心经都有淤堵。她告诉她在组织一次体验营。几天之后,我决定参加这期体验营,学习自愈法,自愈疾病。

当然,体验营的第一天很难熬。拍打很痛。拉筋10分钟对我而言倒不是什么难事。

第二天我在做20分钟的拉筋时出现气冲病灶反应 —— 拉左腿时没有问题,换到右腿时,我开始出冷汗、恶心、头晕,拉了10分钟就只得停下来。

第三天,我的双腿、肩部和上背被拍了个透。第二天,我非常疲倦、瞌睡、乏力 —— 我同时也在断食。拉筋之后,我的体力恢复了。接下来的几天中,我逐渐适应了疼痛。

我的胸闷和心脏问题得到了改善,痰松动了,能够咳出来。我的收获不小,阳气更足,身体暖和了,不像第一天刚到体验营时那么怕冷。

非常感恩修教练、陆教练、蔡小姐和Esther组织这次高水准的体验营,让我们彻底排毒。他们的鼓励给我信心和力量走完了这7天的课程。非常感恩大家!

我会记住4位好教练的贴心忠告。回去之后,我会继续勤练拍打拉筋。

另外,除了实践拍打拉筋外,我在体验营中还学会了理解和倾听自己的身心,学习让身心和谐。

A year ago I had attended a talk about Paida and Lajin self-healing therapy when Master Xiao came to Penang, organized by Ms. Chuah. I bought a Lajin bench eight months later and started doing the reclining position (only).

This year (2012), just about one and a half months ago, I developed a very dry cough and was breathless. Just then I managed to get in touch with Ms. Chuah for an English version of Paida and Lajin Self-Healing. She did Paida on my left inner elbow and dark red Sha appeared, indicating blockages of the Lung and Heart Meridians. She told me about this workshop she was organizing. After a few days I decided to come to learn and get healed.

Of course the 1st day was difficult and Paida was very painful. The Lajin was okay for 10 minutes.

The 2nd day I experienced the healing crisis while doing the Lajin for 20 minutes — the left leg was okay but not the right leg where I had cold sweat, felt nausea and giddy and had to stop at 10 minutes.

The 3rd day I had a thorough Paida on both legs, shoulder and upper back and next day I was very tired and sleepy and had no energy because I also was fasting. After that I did Lajin and strength came back and rest of the following days I slowly gained good tolerance of pain.

My chest and heart is feeling better and phlegm is loosened and I can cough out. So progress is good for me as I can feel more yang-qi and my body is warmer and I am not afraid of cold like the 1st day I arrived.

Many thanks to Xiu Jiao Lian, Ms. Lu, Ms. Chuah and Esther for such a good and thorough workshop. They gave me encouragement, positiveness and strength to endure the 7 days. Greatly appreciated and many many thanks.

I will diligently continue to practice Paida and Lajin when I go home and remember the valuable advice given by the 4 fantastic trainers.

PS: Besides the practical physical exercise of Paida and Lajin, the course teaches me to understand and listen to my body, heart and harmonize with it.
