这是一篇美国发来的英文分享。一天拉筋三次,仅仅用拉筋就对皮肤病有如此奇效,可见拉筋通全身经络之效果。图中可以看出拉筋后气冲病灶的样子,就是患处伤口看似更严重,其实这是好转反应。其它脏腑病也会以其它病情加剧的形式表现,都是好事。愿此文令大家得到启发。
早在2011年我的一位好友就向我介绍了萧宏慈老师的拍打拉筋,不过我当时没有付诸行动。
今年5月,因为偶然的机会,我观看了萧老师在美国UPS讲座的视频和2012年英格兰的电视采访节目。
他的演示和讲解让我心生好奇,我便把钢琴凳挨着门当拉筋凳,开始练习拉筋。我一天拉筋三次,早、中、晚各一次,每次每条腿拉10分钟,两腿加起来20分钟。经过短短三个星期,我惊喜地发现在右脚产生的效果。
过去十年间, 我右脚有一处皮肤极度干燥,老是发痒和皲裂,使用了各种润肤露、油膏等药物,均不见好。然而,拉筋几周过后,该处明显改善(请看附图3张)。
我的第二个收获是睡眠质量提高了:梦更少了,也少醒了。

A good friend of mine introduced me to paida & lajin by Master Xiao Hongchi in 2011. I did not take any action then.
This May, I watched Master Xiao's UPS video and his interview at Beyond 2012 conference by chance. Intrigued by his demonstration and explanation, I started to practice lajin on a piano bench by the door. I did lajin three times a day: early morning, noon, and late evening. Each time lasted 20 minutes: 10 min per leg. In 3 short weeks, I was pleasantly surprised by its effect on my right foot.
For past 10 years, one area of my right foot had extremely dry skin. It itched and cracked often, was not cured by any lotion, gel, or medicine. However, a few weeks of lajin made significant improvement on it (see 3 pictures here).
A second benefit is that the quality of my sleep has improved: fewer dreams and less waking up.
