糖尿病患者的跟踪报道(中英文)

    很多人比较关心离开体验营之后的情况,尤其糖尿病、高血压这类有指标变动的患者。这篇文章是 Hanifi 2013年11月参加Perth体验营后的的叙述,这位先生参加了澳洲珀斯体验营,解决了很多问题。离开体验营4个月后,他的空腹血糖值基本在正常范围,当然他是这么坚持拉筋的:下垂腿负重10公斤,上举腿8.5公斤,每条腿能拉到24分钟,供糖尿病患者参考。

     这是一张我怎样设法在上面那条腿放上8.5公斤的照片,放沙袋几乎是不可能的。左脚绑上1公斤沙袋,用一根绳子拉紧两个3.75公斤的重物,当伸直左腿,重物就离开地面升高5-10厘米,这样总重就达到8.5公斤。

 

    亲爱的萧老师:

    拉筋我还不能增加砝码和延长时间,因为从20142月初开始,当达到目前的下垂腿负重10公斤,上举腿8.5公斤时,我的左大腿前部一直都感觉麻木。左腿加上负重10公斤开始拉筋时,头3分钟感觉疼痛,然后就好些了。从两天前起,痛更小了。不知台湾的欧先生,马来西亚的朱先生每条腿拉筋50分钟是否腿上另外负重?因为我目前是每条腿每次24分钟,还得通过努力和有坚强的意志才行。加之食疗,无需服药,我的空腹血糖值可以控制在4.5-6.0之间。在没有拍打拉筋前,我曾每天服用二甲双胍2 X 500 mg。

    我空腹血糖值是满意的,大多在5-6之间,有3、4次指标低于5,3、4次指标高于6。等血糖稳定,大腿复原后,我将写一份证明材料,证明我糖尿病的自愈。    

    在珀斯我朋友圈内已有大约12人在练习拍打拉筋,他们大多数人已经感觉受益。我一女性朋友,59,两个月前,轻度中风。她胆固醇数值在6.5-7.5, 血压服药经常高于90-135。经过拍打拉筋一个月,胆固醇下降到3.5,血压70-118。她的医生亦甚为惊讶。此外,用木头自制了四张拉筋凳。

  Dear Master Xiao,

  I cannot increase the weight and time yet, because I feel numb at my left front thigh all the time since  early February 2014 when I reach this 10 kg and 8.5 kg up to now. When I start Lajin with my left leg down with 10 kg, for the first 3 minutes I feel painful, then OK. Starting 2 days ago, the pain is lesser.I wonder wether Mr. Ou from Taiwan and Mr. Zhu from Malaysia doing Lajin 50 minutes each leg with weight or not. Because at my condition with 24 minutes (10 kg and 8.5 kg), I have to struggle and must have a strong will. With controlling my diet, I can manage my fasting glucose between 4.5 - 6.0 without medication. Before Paida Lajin , my medication was 2 X 500 mg Metformin.

   My fasting glucose level is satisfactory, mostly between 5 - 6,  3 - 4 times below 5 and 3 - 4 times above 6. I will make my testimonial for Diabetes after it stable and my thigh is recover.

  Here is a picture how I manage to put 8.5 kg at the top leg. It is almost impossible to put sandbag at the top leg。

  Around my left foot I put 1 kg sandbag, then  with a string I tighten 2 X 3.75 kg weight, then when I straighten my left leg, the weight raised about 5 - 10 cm above the ground. Total 8.5 kg.

  There are already 12 people among my friends in Perth doing Paida Lajin and most of them have already feel the benefit. My friend, female 59 years old, 2 months ago got light stroke. Her cholesterol level for years always between 6.5-7.5 and on medication and her blood pressure always above 90 - 135. After doing Lajin and Paida for 1 month, her cholesterol become 3.5 and her blood pressure 70  - 118, even her doctor also surprise.

  And I already made 4 Lajin Bench from wood.
